Growth

I am currently trying to move from writing about personal development into grasping the norms and framework of simple living, applying them into real life and seek to find answers for the development of my country of Indonesia. Pursuing my MBA currently in the fine institution of IPMI Business School, has enabled me to shape into the character of being I was born to be, washing away what was then and what will be later. The hard skills, soft skills, and network are the fruits of labor into investing time, energy and funds into my MBA. Assembling a structured foundation of framework thoughts will be key in perceiving simplified situations with as many perspectives as possible. Being detailed is a key habit to embed within oneself.

For many years, I have been studying about how to personally develop myself as a person, where as I have come to a stage where simplicity, simple living, organization and control is what I have been truly searching for all throughout these years. I have been a firm believer of multi-tasking but then I have spent many years trying to find a solution to procrastination. This is the gap that has slowed down the results of my actions. After reading numerous books, heard many audios, read articles, cases, discussions, newspapers, magazines, seminars attended, hearing lecturers and sharing ideas and thoughts; I’ve come to a conclusion that before contemplating to finding myself personally, I feel I have a duty of importance to make a difference towards my surroundings and help contribute in the development of my 3rd world country of Indonesia, as I am a citizen of this great nation.

Reaching close to 30 years old, I have learned that at the end of the day, it is about what kind of significance you can do for others and those around you.
