Office Moves

Getting back into the writing mode is always an exciting time for me as it also takes a toll over my thoughts in what I want to write about and what to put on paper.  There are sometimes way too many things happening within a certain time period that I get boggled up in choosing what to write about.  As I come across many things that I’d like to write about,  at the end of the day, I usually end up writing about whats on top of my mind at the moment.  Well for today’s post, I’d like to share a few words of my current experience in the office.

It is the new year of 2012, the third day of the year and all the anticipation rises on this year’s performance after our company’s breakthrough year in sales numbers last year in 2011.  We’ve never made numbers like 2011 for the entire history of our company. It has never ever been done. It is a major accomplishment for us all and I myself take great pride in the accomplishment.

We’ve grown tremendously in numbers adding new infrastructure, new products, top management giving out bonuses, adding new employees and looking to grow even further throughout the future.

Honestly, we’ve achieved 2011’s numbers with our full team at operations, admin, finance, IT and only with a two-man marketing team.  At the end of 2011, we’re solidifying and beefing up our team by adding more members on our marketing team to grow accordingly into the consistent numbers we’re looking to sustain throughout the future.  We can focus on having a team member focus per channel within the region of the assigned territory.  This will make our team more in-tuned and in the trenches of what is exactly going on in the market.

This year of 2012 will be another challenging year and one to look forward to.  May the force be with you.  Success.

Here We Go! 2012.

Here we go! It is getting closer to the end of the year and it is that time once again where we take time with ourselves to reflect on the year of 2011 and start thinking about what will be different in 2012.  This is a great practice and very valuable for everyone to exercise as it leads your mind into a direction.  You will also learn more detailed about yourself and factor out all of the things you are good at or not good at and those that you love and less love.  Each of you will certainly have your own process in carrying out this reflection exercise as taking time for yourself will definitely be a boost for your future endeavor. You’ll learn a lot about yourself as this is always important for you personally & professionally.  Good luck for the new year.

HerdiOflo – S.Y.L Hustle Mixtape

“HollaBack Family Indonesia” was formed in 2000, Jakarta, Indonesia consisting of more than 14 members whom have made a name for themselves individually. We have released more than 100 songs through the production of mixtapes and original songs. We have performed in many live events and have been exposed through all sorts of media including radios, television, print ads and digital media. Family members consist of Indonesian Rappers & Singers; Male & Female.

Some family members are signed to their own management and own record labels. HollaBack Family is a place for us made by us to inspire society and each other that if you love Hip Hop, don’t be scared to follow your heart. We believe that everyone is entitled to their own success defined by themselves and not set by anyone else’s standards but your own. We are all successful within what we do. We are the HollaBack Family of Indonesia.
