Getting back into the writing mode is always an exciting time for me as it also takes a toll over my thoughts in what I want to write about and what to put on paper.\u00a0 There are sometimes way too many things happening within a certain time period that I get boggled up in choosing what to write about.\u00a0 As I come across many things that I’d like to write about,\u00a0 at the end of the day, I usually end up writing about whats on top of my mind at the moment.\u00a0 Well for today’s post, I’d like to share a few words of my current experience in the office.<\/p>\n
It is the new year of 2012, the third day of the year and all the anticipation rises on this year’s performance after our company’s breakthrough year in sales numbers last year in 2011.\u00a0 We’ve never made numbers like 2011 for the entire history of our company. It has never ever been done. It is a major accomplishment for us all and I myself take great pride in the accomplishment.<\/p>\n
We’ve grown tremendously in numbers adding new infrastructure, new products, top management giving out bonuses, adding new employees and looking to grow even further throughout the future.<\/p>\n
Honestly, we’ve achieved 2011’s numbers with our full team at operations, admin, finance, IT and only with a two-man marketing team.\u00a0 At the end of 2011, we’re solidifying and beefing up our team by adding more members on our marketing team to grow accordingly into the consistent numbers we’re looking to sustain throughout the future.\u00a0 We can focus on having a team member focus per channel within the region of the assigned territory.\u00a0 This will make our team more in-tuned and in the trenches of what is exactly going on in the market.<\/p>\n
This year of 2012 will be another challenging year and one to look forward to.\u00a0 May the force be with you.\u00a0 Success.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
